Totally Unreliable

Posted by Parsons on 7/24/2009

I have orderd food from Fatty J's twice and never again. Delivery time is longer than they say, if it arrives at your door. When calling to talk to staff regarding delivery they are rude and I quote "This is your fault." What kind of cutomer service is this. Do your-self a favor and go anywhere else.

Fatty J's is the BEST. Ignore that other guy

Seriously, the 1st review is bogus, that guy needs to lighten up. Fatty J's is the best pizza in Boulder, and it's run by Boulder locals. What did you expect? I've been getting pizza from them for about 7 years, and they kick ass. That's all there is to it. If you don't like their service, chances are they don't want to serve you, so it will work out best for all if you just go someplace else.

excellent

Extremely unprofessional and rude

How hard is it to deliver pizza? The night that I have two sitters in so I can get a deadline met, Fatty J's can't deliver all the food at once. When we called they brought some of the missing food but not all. When I called back again, I asked for the manager. He could have cared less. He sarcastically said he was sorry. I was amazed. The pizza buiness seems to be quite competetive and frankly, not that challenging of an industry. What was he thinking? I asked for the general manager and he said that he was in fact "J" the owner. Well, we will never order from them again, and I promised him I would tell others about our experience. If you are in town for a visit - it would be a shame to order from these characters.
