I was recently in Boulder on business and stayed at a hotel with a chemical problem with their pool. Imagine my shock when I returned to my hotel suite to find my professionally done highlights sporting a green tinge. The clerk at the desk recommended two salons, but since my salon at home uses Aveda products, I decided to call Pompadours. I was impressed that they could get me an appointment THAT DAY, but also very grateful...the person I talked to on the phone (I want to say her name was Wendie, but I could be off!) was VERY understanding about having to get my new green hair fixed ASAP. Andrea (the stylist) stayed past her shift time to accomodate me. My hair is BEAUTIFUL and I didn't not have to wear a hat to my conference. I could not have asked for better service. On my return home, I had all the information of what was done to fix my hair on a card to give to my stylist (given to me by Andrea) who was also shocked I got such quality service with such short notice. I am in Boulder at least twice a year, and would GLADLY come back!

I've been seeing Eddie for the past year and have always been thrilled with my cut and color. He is exceptionally talented with an uncanny ability to envision and create the perfect style for me. The staff is professional and helpful. I've noticed that all of the stylists are very capable; I've never seen a person walk out of the salon looking less than fabulous. It's unbelievably convenient to have the full line of Aveda products on hand. I also like Pompadour's commitment to the environment and the local Boulder area. I don't know why you'd go anywhere else.

I called the salon in tears over a horrible, horrible, horrible style and highlights from another "reputable" salon in town. I could not believe how nice and accomadating the staff were. They did everything they could do get me an appointment that fit my schedule as quickly as possible. The stylist and her assistant were wonderful and my hair looks better than it ever has!!!! Special thanks to Wendy for helping me out!

I went to visit a friend and decided to get my hair done ... I was happy with my service and the staff was delightful. Next time I am in town, I will make sure to stop in

I am new to Boulder, and found Pompadours through the Aveda website. I was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated there, even though they did not know me from Adam! I have gone to salons before where I have been ignored because I was not a returning customer. I went in and left my style completely up to Mick and I love it! Best cut I have had in a few years. I am so glad that I picked the right salon on the first try in my new town! I will definitely be returning to Pompadours.
