I used Taylor moving twice within a four month period. The first time went extremely well and I tipped the three movers $40 each. Thus, when it came time for my second move I called them again. This time they sent a mover with a broken hand and another who couldn't seem to find enough walls to knock my furniture against. The final tally was six pieces of furniture damaged - two significantly, major damage to the casing around a door, and one unhappy customer. Over the next two months I played phone-tag with the owners. They even asked me to call at certain times, but when I did as they requested I got voicemail and no return call. It has now been three months since the second move and I still have no resolution. I think the most frustrating thing about this situation is not the furniture damage (I had anticipated some damage would occur), but rather the lack of professionalism by Taylor Moving. Therefore, I would rate Taylor Moving as below average.

I have moved with other local companies and have trouble with the movers not speaking english. All of the movers with Taylor Moving were local Boulder men which really helped my communication. They were very nice and helpfull and took extra care with my things. The over the phone extimate was very accurate and they were easy to schedule. I would use them again

I was pleasantly suprised to have such professional, kind movers. They moved me and my mother and boht times they were very patient and took care wtih my antiques and special requests.

Taylor Moving was very easy to work with and took a lot of care with my furniture. They were not the cheapest movers but they were worth the little extra money they cost. Great crews!
